I'm challenging myself to find ways to be kinder to myself every day... and I want you to try it too. In this episode, I describe the first three days of this challenge - what I've been doing, and what I've learned. what I've taken away from this experience. Hopefully this episode inspires you to take compassionate action in your own life. Imagine how bein intentional about the way you treat yourself can impact the person you are longterm.
