Ask Yourself THIS QUESTION When You're Feeling Insecure
Here are four words my therapist said that changed my perspective around my negative or insecure thoughts. This question allows us to reframe our fears, question our thoughts and take back control over our mindset and emotions. Thoughts can be convincing, but thoughts aren't facts.
Self-Reflection Journal Prompt: Consider a recent insecure thought you've had (ie. "my coworker doesn't like me") Now question that thought and ask yourself "what if that's not true?" Find the evidence to support the opposite.
